I am not responsible for emotes that are removed by twitch.
Please attribute all emotes I make to alrightsophie on twitch.
You may not use my work commercially (ie. merch) without paying a 50% fee.
You may not recolor, trace, edit, or directly copy any of my work.
You may not use my work for AI/NFT content of any form.
You may not upload these as public emotes to BTTV, FFZ, 7TV, or other similar platforms. You may upload them as a private emote for your channel specifically.PAYMENTS
All payments are made BEFORE working via Paypal. If Paypal is not a viable platform, please commission me via Vgen.REVISIONS
After I send you sketches, you may request any revision within reason, otherwise I may charge a change fee. After I have lined your work, you may NOT request pose changes, but you CAN request color changes.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I keep full transparency with my clients. If there is some road block or matter that will cause the service to take longer, I will let you know and keep you updated. Please also check my Trello for details on where you are in the queue.USE
All art is for PERSONAL use only. This includes Discord emotes/stickers/etc; Twitch emotes/badges/etc. Commercial fees are an additional 50% of the price and you cannot use the work commercially without paying this fee.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Communication is flexible. By default if you commission me via Vgen, I will use the Vgen message system. However, I am more than happy to contact you through email or discord if that is more comfortable for you.
